We are excited that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at The Venue. Please arrange an appointment with our office team to meet your pet before bringing them to the community. For pets weighing up to 75 pounds:
- $87.50 Sure Bond or $250 Pet Deposit
- $250.00 Non Refundable Fee
- $35.00 Monthly Pet Rent
